2008 Mentoring Inaugural Kick-off Meeting!

2008 MCWT Mentoring Program Increases Its Influence by 236%.

The Michigan Council of Women In Technology proudly initiated its 2008 career mentoring program on June 16^th, 2008, at an event at Automation Alley headquarters in Troy, Michigan. More than 26 mentor/mentee pairs (52 individuals) will be served by this year’s program (a significant increase from the 11 pairs who participated in 2007.)

The MCWT Mentor Committee is currently searching for potential mentor candidates for the next Mentor/Mentee Program.

Our first program, still in progress, has proven to be very beneficial, professionally and personally to many of the individuals involved, and has enabled the participants to enjoy this very unique benefit from MCWT.

The Mentor Committee would like to invite you to consider participation in the 2008 program. If you are an executive member of the MCWT, we hope you’ll join us in this wonderful opportunity to mentor and to set an example of volunteerism within the organization.
